Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage the India fragrance portfolio across categories, olfactive directions and price points, ensuring relevant coverage and addressing gaps or duplication.
- Analyze portfolio performance and customer feedback to recommend fragrances to retain, refresh, add or retire.
- Translate Indian consumer preferences, customer needs and market trends into portfolio priorities and collection opportunities.
- Collaborate with Scent Solution Manager and application teams to select, position and deploy fragrance collections.
- Maintain accurate fragrance information across portfolio platforms and support improvements to digital search and recommendation tools.
- Track portfolio performance, vitality and coverage through reports and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support Scent Solutions Managers and distributors with collection launches, selection guidance and market feedback.
- Deliver training on olfactive language, portfolio use and digital tools while collaborating across functions to resolve portfolio needs.
