About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced drug discovery biologist join our growing Discovery Biology team. The successful candidate brings significant hands-on expertise in cell-based assay development and enablement to drive early drug discovery programs. The candidate will lead from the bench and contribute to biology strategy and execution across Superluminal programs. Must be able to work onsite five days a week.

Minimum Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Biology or a related life sciences field, with 5 or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience developing, executing, and interpreting cell-based assays using multiple assay formats and platforms, including functional assays, target engagement assays, kinetic assays, plate-based assays, flow cytometry, and high-content imaging.
- Small molecule drug discovery experience required.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GPCR biology is highly desired.
- Experience with assay automation, high-throughput screening, or laboratory robotics is a plus.
- Management experience is a plus.
Pay Range $150,000 - $176,000
The annual base salary range listed above represents the lowest and highest amounts we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. An individual’s starting base salary within this range will be based on relevant experience, job-related skills, and education relevant to the role. In addition to base salary, this position offers bonus and equity opportunities, as well as benefits. Benefits:
