Job Description We are searching for an Entry-Level Scientist to support our growing team. Scientist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Set-up and conduct experiments in accordance with Protocol and SOP's.
- Efficiently carry out procedures necessary to complete each project with minimal supervision.
- Prepare test solutions and diets in accordance with directions.
- Dose, evaluate responses, perform necropsies, and collect blood, urine, fecal and tissue specimens in accordance with standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Meticulously maintain precise records of all experiments in accordance with good laboratory practices.
- Assist in writing of reports.
- Follow all PSL safety requirements.
- Ability to safely wear a respirator required
Qualifications Basic Minimum Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in laboratory animal medicine, toxicology, animal science or biology is preferred, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)

- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Experience working with rats or mice is highly desired
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Additional Information Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with weekend rotation. Candidates within a commutable distance of South Brunswick, NJ are encouraged to apply. Pay range is $21/hr to $25/hr depending on experience. Excellent full time benefits including:
