• Supervise routine testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

• Ensure testing as per approved specifications, SOPs, and standard methods (ASTM, ISO, etc.).
• Monitor PSA (Particle Size Analysis), chemical parameters, physical properties, and other critical QC tests.
• Review and approve Certificates of Analysis (COA).
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab instruments (e.g., PSA analyzer, pH meter, Brightness metere etc.).

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 System.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 System.
• Maintain test records, control charts, and quality reports.
• Handle internal and external audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of batches.

• Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results.

• Monitor effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
