Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) | Remote | Delaware Location: Delaware Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 per year with benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide telehealth counseling to individuals, couples, and families in Delaware. You'll work with clients dealing with relationship difficulties, family conflict, anxiety, and major life changes. This position involves conducting therapy sessions, managing treatment plans, and helping clients make meaningful changes in their personal and family lives. Responsibilities
• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling through a secure telehealth platform.

- Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' concerns, personal histories, and family relationships.
- Develop treatment plans with clear goals based on each client's circumstances.
- Use appropriate therapeutic techniques to address communication problems, relationship conflict, and emotional difficulties.
- Work with clients on practical ways to manage stress, navigate family challenges, and improve relationships.
- Review client progress regularly and update treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate session notes, assessments, and other required clinical records.
- Recognize potential safety concerns and follow appropriate clinical protocols.
- Arrange referrals and coordinate with other healthcare providers when additional support is needed.
- Follow Delaware licensing regulations, professional ethics, and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Delaware
- Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills
- Knowledge of family systems theory and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for confidential sessions
