Job Responsibilities
• Execute day-to-day TMS transactions and ensure timely system updates.
- Execute day-to-day TMS transactions and ensure timely system updates.
- Manage vehicle call-offs as per dispatch plans and loading schedules.
- Coordinate with transporters and plant teams for timely vehicle placement.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Monitor pending transactions and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with dispatch, loading, security, and weighbridge teams.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Prior TMS and vehicle call-off experience is preferred.
- Candidates with strong MIS skills and no TMS experience may also apply; training will be provided.
