Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack - CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management with one unified system, consolidating 6–10 disconnected tools into a single platform built for the AI era.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Recruiting Generalist to own top-of-funnel sourcing and interview coordination across the company. You'll fill pipelines and keep every process moving so recruiters and hiring managers can focus on evaluation. This is a high-ownership role with real impact on hiring speed and candidate experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source and engage candidates across engineering, product, design, and GTM through LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound.
- Screen early replies and applications for basic fit and hand qualified candidates to the owning recruiter.
- Own interview coordination end to end, including scheduling, prep, reschedules, and status updates.
- Keep the ATS clean and track pipeline coverage, response rates, and time in stage.
- Help document sourcing plays and scheduling workflows as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 1–4 years in recruiting, sourcing, coordination, or a related high-volume operations role.
- Hands-on sourcing experience. You have personally found and messaged candidates.
- High attention to detail and comfort running many live processes at once.
- Clear written communication and a strong focus on candidate experience.
- High agency and a builder mindset.
LOCATION
San Francisco. We're an in-person team — 5 days in the office. At this stage, proximity genuinely accelerates product quality and team cohesion.
