Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.

- Manage appointment scheduling and update calendars for various departments.
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to ensure a professional appearance.
Qualifications Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
