As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing accurate information about products and services, processing orders, and resolving complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and empathetically.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and timely.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions
Qualifications Requirements
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and concise speaking style.
- Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
