- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service issues efficiently and effectively.

- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability as needed.
Qualifications Requirements
