Mana Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior R&D Chemist – Organic Chemistry to support pharmaceutical research and development activities. The role requires hands-on expertise in organic synthesis, reaction handling, process development, and accurate R&D documentation.
Role Details
- Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry
- CTC: ₹3–5 LPA
- Preferred candidates: Candidates from Telangana & Andhra Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute organic synthesis and laboratory reactions as per approved procedures.
- Handle reaction setup, work-up, purification, isolation, and related laboratory activities.
- Support process development, optimization, and scale-up activities.
- Analyze experimental results and troubleshoot reaction/process-related issues.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, experimental data, and R&D documentation.
- Follow applicable safety, quality, GMP/cGMP, and laboratory procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional R&D and analytical teams as required.
