ABOUT US
At Meow, we provide startups with business accounts, corporate cards, and the clean financial reporting they need to operate and raise capital. Our customers are complex and global, from crypto to multi-entity international businesses. We combine financial infrastructure with hands-on support so founders can operate efficiently and scale with confidence.
THE ROLE
Our founding designer, owning design across everything Meow puts in front of people. You’ll work directly with our engineering lead and set the standard for design at Meow as the team grows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own design for the Meow web app
- Design our internal admin app so the ops and support teams can work fast
- Own the brand, marketing site, social direction, and blog visuals
- Work on complex financial workflows (payments, approvals, treasury)
- Build and maintain a design system that keeps every surface consistent
- Partner day to day with our engineering team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of product design, including time as a senior or lead designer at a startup or fast-moving team
- A portfolio of shipped, complex B2B work that shows your thinking, not just final screens
- Range across product and brand: you can design a dense dashboard and a landing page that converts
- Comfortable as the only designer
COMPENSATION
$180K to $220K base depending on experience plus equity and benefits.
