Job Description About Job, Software Engineer (Python, Pyspark, Snowflake and AI) Our Technology teams are working on our new validation platform. Our clients around the world rely on data and insights to innovate and grow. As a Software Engineer, you’ll be part of a team of smart, highly skilled technologists who are passionate about learning and supporting cutting-edge technologies such as Snowflake Tasks, Streams, Pipes (Snowpipe), External Tables, components: Azure: Blob Storage, ADLS, Functions, ADF, Purview.
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, and Snowflake.
- Build and maintain batch, real-time, and event-driven data processing solutions on cloud platforms.
- Architect and manage Snowflake objects including warehouses, schemas, RBAC, Tasks, Streams, and Snowpipe.
- Develop enterprise data warehouse solutions, data marts, and dimensional data models.
- Design and deploy AI/GenAI solutions leveraging modern data platforms and business requirements.
- Implement CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), and DevSecOps best practices.
- Ensure data quality, monitoring, lineage, performance optimization, and mentor junior engineers
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Data Engineering with strong expertise in Python and SQL .
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake including performance tuning, data modeling, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and cloud-native data services.
- Experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines , CDC/SCD frameworks, and orchestration workflows.
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing, Dimensional Modeling, Kimball, and Data Vault concepts.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Terraform/Bicep, and DevSecOps security practices.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies, data quality frameworks, and automated testing tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with mentoring experience
