About the Role:
The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for generating high quality leads for luxury real estate projects through various sourcing channels including brokers, channel partners, and direct client networks.
Key Responsibilities:
•
- Develop and manage lead generation channels (brokers, CPs, referrals, digital)
- Build a strong network of channel partners and real estate consultants
- Generate qualified leads in the luxury segment (HNI/UHNI clients)
- Conduct initial client discussions and requirement mapping
- Share qualified leads with the closing team for conversion
- Track lead quality and conversion efficiency
Key Requirements:
•
- 4–8 years of experience in real estate sourcing or channel sales
- Strong broker/channel partner network in Mumbai
- Good understanding of luxury real estate market
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
