Job Description Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for providing the technical and analytical assistance to customers and colleagues by testing customer samples for demonstrations and prospect evaluation.
- Conducting user training, seminars and workshops at office or customer locations.
- Preparing detailed analysis reports for customers.
- Acting as technical liaison to the sales team.
- Assist in training and technical support to customers and sales team.
- Research, collect and report information on the ability and capacity of AP products and competing instruments.
- Having a comprehensive technical knowledge of the assigned products.
- Strict adherence to all systems at Anton Paar.
Qualifications Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must have - interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills
- High commitment to customer satisfaction
- Willingness to travel throughout India
Additional Information Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 6 – 8 years of relevant experience
- Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree
