Sr HR Executive (L&OD)

Role : Team Member HR- (L&OD) Reporting to - Lead HR Location : Sinnar, Nashik Qualification : Graduate and preferably MBA in HR Experience required 4-5 years of experience in L&OD Domain • Should have worked on L&OD profile • Experience in Training & development background preferred • Should have managed the development of the HR team from a training perspective Technical & Professional Knowledge required • HRM knowledge and expertise •Analytical and data driven •Communication skills •Strategic thinking •Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies Purpose of the role The role is to manage stakeholder relationship, ensure the HR strategies are cascade into the business, HR operations efficiency is managed, employee wellbeing is taken care and overall the productivity system of the organization is working well. To make sure that all the employee welfare activities are handled efficiently. All the admin activities across all 3 plants will be taken care by the incumbent in this role.
