What You'll Do:
- Schedule vehicle deliveries daily with the Sales team and Finance Manager
- Review all purchase and delivery paperwork, ensuring documents are accurate and fully signed before submitting to billing team
- Assist customers through and after delivery in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
- Serve as point of contact for any technology or vehicle related inquires from customers after delivery
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the lot, showroom, and vehicles prior to delivery
Who We're Looking For:
- Recent college graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or similar majors
- 1-2 years of retail or similar customer-facing experience preferred
- A team player who is focused on providing top-notch customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Total Rewards The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on individual units delivered and manufacturer approvability.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
