This position supervises hourly employees, promotes continuous improvement, develops team members, and ensures compliance with company policies, manufacturing standards, and customer requirements. The Assembly Supervisor serves as a key leader in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
