Join Ford's Digital Transformation team as a Model-Based Systems Engineer, where you'll shape the digital tools and processes that drive systems engineering and failure mode avoidance across the enterprise. You'll lead the strategic implementation and support of enterprise-wide MBSE tools (CATIA Magic/MagicDraw/Cameo and Teamwork Cloud), bridging advanced systems engineering and MBSE methodologies with practical tool deployment.
