6-day work week (Monday to Saturday), Only 2nd saturday is an off. Primary objectives - 1. To achieve faster turnaround of rake & containers 2. Maintain SLAs of software for Rail and Yard 3. Ensuring proper documentation related to s/line, customs, and Railways. 4. To ensure compliance related to EXIM, customs & railways. 5. Ensuring Proper Customer Correspondence and relationship 6. Ensuring Operational KPIs are achieved.
