Skills required:
- Experience in the aviation industry, with a basic understanding of Air Traffic Control (ATC) and Air Traffic Management (ATM)
- Background in software product management or related industries
- Experience in B2B environments; exposure to public administration or government agencies is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Responsible, solution-oriented, and proactive approach, with a strong focus on documentation quality
- Ability to articulate and document product features and requirements clearly
- Collaborative mindset, supporting strategic thinking and business needs
- Comfortable representing the team and product area in discussions with customers and partners
- Positive, Forward-Looking Attitude: Demonstrates a positive mindset, openness to new challenges, and willingness to take initiative on next steps
- Balances enthusiasm for continuous improvement with reliability in supporting daily operations and team needs
- Enthusiasm for Aviation: A genuine interest in aviation and air traffic management is highly valued and will help foster engagement and motivation in this dynamic field

As required by Austrian law, we are obligated to state this minimum salary. The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is EUR 4,061.00 gross per month (14 times per year). Depending on the respective experience level and personal profile, we offer an attractive overpayment.
