From responding to guest queries to updating rates, inventory, and listings, this role is all about accuracy, coordination, and seamless execution. Key responsibilities
• Support the Revenue Manager with daily tasks and coordination.
- Support the Revenue Manager with daily tasks and coordination.
- Reply to guest queries, reviews, and messages on all OTAs.
- List and update hotel details on travel portals like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and Booking.com.
- Prepare and maintain monthly hotel performance reports.
- Update rates, inventory, and content on all OTA platforms as needed.
• Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospitality Industry
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
