IT Onsite Technician

• 2+ years of experience in desktop support, IT support, VIP/Executive level support, or print/hardware environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting printers, peripherals, and end-user hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, ticketing system, and common enterprise applications.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel between client sites and ability to lift equipment and perform physical support tasks as needed.
• This role is a Salary Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $60,000 – $66,000 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in USA on a permanent, unrestricted basis. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location, with a focus on data centers, servers, and enterprise-level IT infrastructure.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for data centers, servers, and other peripherals.

• Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware, including servers, switches, and storage systems.

• Participate in project rollouts and deployments, working with data centers and other enterprise-level IT infrastructure.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand.
