The UX Designer will be responsible for designing user-centred digital experiences for web, mobile, and enterprise applications in Bengaluru. Key duties include conducting user research, creating user personas and prototypes, and collaborating with product, business, and technology teams. The role requires strong experience in UX/UI design, prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), and usability testing. Candidates should have a solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and design systems. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with enterprise applications, knowledge of Design Thinking, Service Design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and familiarity with analytics for UX improvement. A strong portfolio and end-to-end UX design project experience are advantageous.
