Top Technicians Deserve Top Pay. What You'll Do
• Work without micromanagement
- Work without micromanagement
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose cause of malfunction.
- Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures.
- Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
- 5+ years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic skills, especially with electrical & drivability
- ASE certifications are an added bonus
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
