Experience: 10+
1. Formulate Annual Audit Plan with (1) inputs from all the Functions and (2) scanning the risk profile of the organization based on the inputs of the existing Audit firm.
2. Move and enhance the existing Internal Audit contract towards Management Assurance and bring it under Director – Management Assurance Monthly closure of IA with zero defect Audit as per DOP and RASCI Controls as per IFC and SOP Analysis of Root Cause and implement the same to mitigate the risks.
3. Engage with the Total Outsourcing partner to ensure Audits are carried out (a) at the planned schedule, (b) audits are of right quantity and quality, (c) business governance and process improvement recommendations are of right quality
4. Engage with all internal stakeholders to ensure Audits are carried out (a) at the planned schedule, (b) audits are of right quantity and quality, (c) business governance and process improvement recommendations are of right quality
5. Track implementation of all governance and process improvement recommendations in all the Functions
6. Quarterly reporting to the statutory Board
