As a Head of Content, you will lead the creation and execution of compelling brand narratives across all wellness and beauty channels, ensuring alignment with D2C objectives and market trends. You will develop integrated content strategies that connect product stories with consumer aspirations, crafting scripts, visuals, and copy that resonate on social, web, and e‑commerce platforms. Working closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams, you will drive a consistent and engaging voice that elevates brand perception and drives conversion. Your strategic oversight will foster cross‑functional collaboration, inspire creative teams, and measure success through key performance metrics to continuously optimize impact. Requirements 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Design and implement a master content calendar that supports product launches and seasonal campaigns across D2C channels. • Write, edit, and approve high‑quality scripts for video, social, and web content that reflect brand voice and wellness messaging. • Lead a team of copywriters, videographers, and designers to produce consistent, on‑brand material across platforms. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate feature lists into consumer‑centric stories that highlight benefits and lifestyle relevance. • Analyze engagement data to refine content strategy, ensuring ROI from content initiatives and alignment with sales goals. • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for content production, outsourcing, and in‑house projects. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of wellness and beauty trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats. • Develop guidelines and best practices for tone, style, and brand consistency across all media. • Manage stakeholder communication, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. • Mentor and coach creative staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability.
