As a Technical Software Sales Manager, you will spearhead the growth of our technical software portfolio, focusing on cuttingโedge cyber security and enterprise solutions across Mumbai and the wider Maharashtra region. You will act as the primary liaison between our product teams and key enterprise clients, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions. Leveraging your deep understanding of the technology stack, you will drive sales cycles from prospecting to close, ensuring profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your strategic insight and sales acumen will enable you to navigate competitive markets, adapt to evolving client needs, and lead a highโperforming sales team toward ambitious revenue targets. - Excellent negotiation, closing, and presentation skills, supported by a consultative sales approach.
- Experience managing and scaling sales teams in a fastโpaced, highโgrowth setting.
- Knowledge of the Indian enterprise market, particularly within Mumbai and Maharashtra.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- A selfโmotivated, resultsโdriven mindset with exceptional problemโsolving abilities.
- High emotional intelligence, enabling effective collaboration across crossโfunctional teams.
