About the job
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architect with 5 to 7 years of professional experience to join our Design Team. You will bring a strong foundation in architectural design and technical skills, contributing to model making, rendering, Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings — a detail-oriented professional who works collaboratively to deliver high-quality projects. • Assist in developing architectural designs from concept through to finalisation

- Collaborate with senior architects to refine designs so they meet client requirements and project goals
- Help the feasibility team develop feasibility reports
• Create physical or digital architectural models using SketchUp, Rhino or other 3D modelling software

- Work closely with the design team so models accurately reflect design intent
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings for presentations and client meetings using V-Ray, Lumion or similar tools
- Keep every render aligned with the project's design aesthetics and specifications
• Take complete ownership of detailed Bills of Quantities, in collaboration with senior architects

- Accurately calculate and document material quantities from project drawings and specifications
- Work with the procurement team to keep material estimates up to date and cost-effective
- Work with contractors on costing against the BoQ, and sign off on quality and cost
- Bring market references on BoQ and cost to every negotiation
• Produce and finalise GFC drawings with the design team

- Ensure all drawings are detailed, accurate and compliant with building codes and standards
- Support the team during construction by resolving queries on the GFC drawings
• Work closely with engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to deliver on time

- Take part in design reviews and team meetings, contributing design improvements and technical solutions
- Maintain organised records of design iterations, BoQ calculations and GFC drawings
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by the design manager
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

- 5 to 7 years of architectural design experience, with exposure to model making, rendering, BoQ preparation and GFC drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit / BIM platforms, AI tools, MS Office and presentation tools
- Excellent time management, and strong written and oral communication
- Collaborative, with a keen eye for detail
