One Wolf is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to support land acquisition, boundary verification and land development activities. What you will do
• Conduct accurate land surveys, boundary demarcations and site measurements
- Conduct accurate land surveys, boundary demarcations and site measurements
- Verify property boundaries, land records, survey sketches and related documentation
- Identify and report boundary discrepancies, encroachments and land-related issues
- Use Total Station, GPS/GNSS and other surveying instruments to conduct site measurements
- Compare physical site measurements with survey sketches, village maps and land records, and report any discrepancies
- Support land identification, site inspections and measurement verification during land acquisition and due diligence
- Prepare clear survey sketches, measurement sheets, boundary layouts and site reports for internal review
- Coordinate with internal project and legal teams, landowners, survey officials and revenue authorities to resolve survey-related queries
- Maintain accurate survey reports, site maps and measurement records
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in real estate or land development
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in real estate or land development
- Kannada proficiency is mandatory — you must be able to read and write Kannada
- Hands-on experience with land surveying instruments and measurement techniques
- Ability to read and interpret survey maps, site plans and land measurement documents
- Knowledge of local land records, survey documentation and property boundaries
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software is an advantage
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports using basic computer applications
- Willingness to travel to project sites around Devanahalli, Bengaluru
- Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field
