About the job
This Senior Consultant C1 role will lead or support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation implementations, enhancements, and ongoing production support. The core requirements are hands-on Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud expertise, sales compensation and plan-design knowledge, configuration of plans and calculation or crediting rules, and the ability to troubleshoot compensation processing. The role also calls for data migration and validation, FBDI or HDL uploads, OTBI or BI Publisher reporting, and basic SQL; Oracle Financials, SCM, or CX integration experience is preferred. The structured experience band is 6–12 years, and the engagement is a contract role based in India. Work mode is not specified; Oracle certification, global compensation exposure, Agile or DevOps, and implementation plus AMS experience are preferred rather than mandatory. Responsibilities
• Lead and/or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (IC).

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to sales compensation plans, quotas, and payouts.
- Configure IC components including
- Compensation Plans
- Plan Components
- Earnings, Credits, and Compensation Rules
- Quotas, Rate Tables, and Formulae
- Design and implement calculation rules, classification rules, and crediting logic.
- Integrate IC with upstream/downstream modules such as
- Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM)
- Receivables (AR)
- CRM or third-party systems
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud experience
- Sales compensation processes and incentive plan design
- Oracle Fusion IC configuration, including plans, components, earnings, credits, compensation rules, quotas, rate tables, and formulae
- Calculation rules, classification rules, and crediting logic
- Data migration and validation for historical and transactional data
- Production support and troubleshooting for transaction processing, credit assignments, payout calculations, and period closures
- FBDI or HDL data uploads
- OTBI or BI Publisher reporting
- Basic SQL for troubleshooting
