This contract role supports Salesforce CRM transformation initiatives by eliciting and documenting business requirements, mapping processes, and helping translate needs into scalable solutions with Salesforce consultants, architects, and developers. The core requirements are Salesforce/CRM and business analysis knowledge, requirements and user-story documentation, stakeholder workshops, and support for testing, UAT, issue triage, and deployment. Pharma CRM experience, particularly events and speaker-program management, is preferred rather than stated as essential. The JD specifies 2–3 years of relevant experience, while the structured input gives 2–4 years; this difference should be confirmed during screening. The role is based in Pune, and the employment type is contract. Responsibilities

- Support testing, UAT, issue triage, and deployment activities to ensure successful solution delivery.
