• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Indian IT market across Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Indian IT market across Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
• Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions to identify the right talent.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including Job Portals, LinkedIn, X-Ray Search, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
• Screen, validate, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Submit high-quality, well-qualified profiles within defined turnaround timelines.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with clients as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for requirement gathering, status updates, and recruitment delivery.
• Conduct headhunting for niche and hard-to-find technical skill sets.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and hiring practices in the Indian IT recruitment market.

• Graduate in any discipline (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and client handling skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Target-oriented with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
• Willingness to work from the office (Work from Office, depending on location).
• (Optional) Experience in IT Recruitment for the Indian market (Permanent and/or Contract Staffing).
