About the job
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized Tender Coordinator to support and manage tender-related documentation and coordination activities within our Solar EPC business. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of the tendering process, from reviewing tender requirements and compiling necessary documents to coordinating with internal departments and supporting timely bid submissions. The role involves preparing, verifying, and maintaining technical, commercial, financial, and statutory documentation as per tender requirements. The candidate will be responsible for tracking tender deadlines, coordinating for necessary approvals and supporting documents, managing online tender portal activities, and ensuring that all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with the specified guidelines.
