ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small team at an AI-powered recruiting startup as a working student supporting strategy and operations. Your analysis and communication will help inform business decisions and day-to-day operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Analyze business information using spreadsheets, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Create presentations and clear written reports to communicate findings.
- Collaborate with teammates using remote communication and cloud file-sharing tools.
- Handle company information responsibly and follow data privacy and confidentiality practices.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program and eligible to work as a student employee while studying.
- Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or business analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables, and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare clear reports and deliver presentations.
- Experience with Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom, and cloud storage such as Google Drive or SharePoint.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as spreadsheet charts, Google Data Studio, or Tableau is helpful.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the hiring country without sponsorship.

Remote, with the primary location in San Francisco, California, United States.
