ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage AI data company as one of its first Account Executives. You will own relationships with AI labs from initial conversation through deal close and account growth, helping customers access expert data services for model development and evaluation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build relationships with research, post-training, and data teams at frontier and emerging AI labs.
- Understand customer needs across expert annotation, reinforcement learning environments, evaluations, and expert talent.
- Structure agreements for customers with varied requirements and purchasing approaches.
- Close new business and grow customer relationships over time.
- Work directly with the founder in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Typically 2 to 10 or more years of relevant experience, including quota-carrying account executive or comparable B2B closing experience.
- Demonstrated success selling data products to frontier or emerging AI labs, such as annotation, reinforcement learning environments, evaluations, or expert talent.
- Experience at an AI data vendor and existing relationships with AI lab research, post-training, or data teams.
- Comfort with early-stage ambiguity and a founder-led working environment.
- Healthcare or clinical data exposure and enterprise AI sales experience are helpful.
- US work authorization valid for at least 24 months is required. TN, F-1 OPT or STEM OPT, and H-1B transfers are accepted; new H-1B sponsorship is not available.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $160,000 to $200,000 annually. OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable) is $320,000 to $400,000. Visa support is available for eligible candidates with qualifying existing work authorization.

Remote within the United States. Primary location: Chicago, Illinois.
