ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small team at an early-stage AI recruiting services company and help build new client relationships. You will introduce recruiting services to startup founders and hiring leaders, turning outbound conversations into qualified sales meetings.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make daily outbound calls to founders and hiring leaders, explain the value of the recruiting services, and book qualified meetings.
- Reach prospects through email, LinkedIn messages, phone calls, and follow-up sequences.
- Use prospect lists, CRM and sales outreach tools, dialers, and AI tools to manage outreach efficiently.
- Research prospects enough to make conversations relevant while maintaining a consistent pace of outreach.
- Work with founders and the sales team, incorporating call feedback and coaching into your approach.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, appointment setting, or another phone-heavy, high-volume customer-facing role. Early-career applicants with relevant customer-facing experience may also be considered.
- Experience making outbound calls and using CRMs, sales dialers, or outreach sequences.
- Comfort speaking with new people, sustaining a steady volume of outreach, and responding constructively to feedback.
- Experience selling to founders, hiring managers, or small-business owners, or a background in recruiting or staffing sales, is useful.
- Familiarity with AI tools or automation in sales workflows and startup environments is a plus.
- Based in the United States and able to work in the Salt Lake City area. This is an individual contributor opportunity for someone early in their sales career.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with $85,000 to $105,000 OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable) at target. Commission is uncapped. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah. The first two weeks of onboarding are in person in Salt Lake City.
