Job Description Summary The ANZ Sales Leader for Grid Automation is the primary commercial architect for our regional business. You will be held directly accountable for delivering an annual Order Intake (OI) target of at least USD $40 million, while serving as the lead strategist for GE Vernova’s automation footprint across Australia and New Zealand. You will define the long-term country growth plan, aligning our digital and automation portfolio with regional grid modernization mandates and the energy transition, while leading a high-performing team to execute this strategy. This role demands a balance of executive-level strategic planning and "hands-on" engagement in complex, high-stakes deal negotiations.

Job Description Key Focus Areas 1. Country-Level Strategic Planning & Execution

• Growth Roadmap: Develop and own a comprehensive country strategy. Identify high-growth segments—including large-scale renewables, transmission stability projects, and industrial decarbonization—and proactively allocate resources to maximize order intake and capture market share.
