Summary: In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of tailored software solutions. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role focuses on maintaining code quality, optimizing system scalability, and enhancing performance to align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive project success and continuous improvement is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Experience in leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while balancing business requirements.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and code quality assurance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
