DESCRIPTION: Join our collaborative team as a Sr Field Service Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute by providing expert technical support and innovative solutions to our customers. You'll work at the intersection of advanced technology and customer success, helping organizations optimize their research, development. Provide technical service and customer support for Gas Chromatography (GC) and Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GCMS) systems across the AP and Telangana region. The role is responsible for maintaining instrument uptime, meeting service commitments, supporting customer satisfaction, and protecting existing service revenue and future commercial opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical expertise in GC and GCMS systems, including the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Practical experience performing instrument maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Strong customer communication and service coordination skills.
- Ability to manage a broad territory, prioritize competing service needs, and travel to customer sites as required.
- Commitment to accurate documentation, customer satisfaction, and service delivery.
