Job Description Join a close-knit Gympie branch team where your organisation, customer focus and can-do attitude will make a real difference every day. This hands-on role combines warehouse and store responsibilities with internal sales support. You’ll help keep stock moving, orders accurate and customers well looked after, while building your career with a leading global electrical wholesaler. A typical day will involve
- Receive, pick, pack and dispatch stock accurately while maintaining a safe, organised warehouse
- Assist customers at the trade counter, process orders and respond to phone and email enquiries
- Support internal sales activity, including quotations, order follow-up and product enquiries
- Help maintain stock accuracy through receipting, put-aways and regular stock checks
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to deliver a smooth, reliable customer experience
- Work two Saturday morning shifts per month, paid at applicable overtime rates
Qualifications What you will bring to the role
- A genuine focus on delivering great customer service
- Experience in a storeperson, warehouse, trade counter, retail or internal sales environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices
- Confidence using computer systems and managing customer transactions
- A reliable, proactive approach and willingness to support wherever needed
- Electrical wholesale or trade industry experience is desirable, but not essential
