What You Can Expect :

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Air Freight business strategy in line with the company’s overall objectives.
Drive revenue, volume, profitability, and market-share growth for the Air Freight business.
Lead and manage the Air Freight team across relevant locations/functions.
Develop strong relationships with key customers, airlines, overseas partners, and other stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and industry developments.
Ensure effective coordination between Sales, Operations, and other internal functions.
Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Manage business budgets, costs, and profitability.
Develop and monitor KPIs for the Air Freight business and take corrective actions where required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Coach, mentor, and develop the team to build a strong and high-performing organization.

What You Bring:

Requirements

15+ years of relevant experience in managing Air Freight operations and teams.
Strong expertise in both Air Export and Air Import.
Proven track record of leading Air Freight business operations and teams at a senior management level.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and P&L management.
Well-established network across customers, airlines, and key industry stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated experience in driving business growth and leading large, high-performing teams.
