About the role
We're hiring one GTM Associate to win new enterprise customers for Bolna's Voice AI products. You'll find the accounts, build the relationships, create the pipeline and see deals through to closure, working directly with the GTM Lead.
This is a hunter role. It suits someone who has sold to enterprises, enjoys early-stage ambiguity and wants high ownership. Pedigree doesn't matter. Track record does.
What you'll do
- Identify and prioritise new enterprise accounts and map the right decision-makers
- Build pipeline through networking, outreach, referrals and events
- Qualify leads and follow up persistently so nothing goes cold
- Run the full cycle: discovery, demos, negotiation and closure
- Own client relationships after closure and grow accounts
- Work with Product and Marketing to feed client insight back into what we build
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience
- A proven record of converting pipeline into closed revenue
- Sharp written communication: your emails get replies
- Strong verbal communication and client management
- High ownership and comfort in a fast-paced environment
Good to have
- Prior startup, consulting, investing experience
- Experience selling software or tech products
