- Strong hands on experience with Meta Ads.
- Manage campaigns, analyse performance and help scale them.
- Work with good budgets and real business challenges.
- Take ownership of campaigns and their performance.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta campaigns.

- Track key metrics like CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.
- Analyse performance and identify what is working and why.
- Test new audiences, creatives and campaign structures.
- Work with the creative team to improve ad performance.
- Find ways to make campaign management more efficient.

- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Good with numbers and comfortable working with data.
