We are seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one home nursing care to pediatric and adult patients throughout Nassau County, NY .

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN or LPN License

• Current CPR Certification

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to nursing

• Ability to work independently in a home care environment

• Home care experience preferred but not required

About the Role

As a home care nurse with Serene, you will help patients receive the skilled nursing care they need while remaining in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Delivering individualized nursing care according to established care plans

• Monitoring patient health and documenting changes in condition

• Administering prescribed medications and treatments within your scope of practice

• Communicating with patients, families, and the clinical care team

• Supporting patients with ongoing healthcare needs

• Promoting patient safety, comfort, and quality of life

Pay Ranges

Registered Nurse (RN): $45–$48/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $35–$38/hour
