The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

As an Area Vice President, Global Sales (AVP), you will be managing and developing a global organization of Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and Account Executives specifically focused on selling Salesforce's Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM), and Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) solutions across all Operating Units (OUs), industries, and market segments. Your team will engage with existing customers and new leads to sell these specialized channel solutions. You will participate and lead in strategic client and prospect meetings, particularly engaging at the executive and C-level in enterprise customer organizations, and work cross-functionally with internal executives and corporate resources as required.

You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and leadership development of your RVP sales leaders and sales team, which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new team members on the sales process and the specifics of PEM, ChRM, and the value proposition of growing revenue via partners. You will report on regional sales activity and forecasting to executive leadership, consistently monitoring area activity and tracking results.

Your responsibilities will include actively leading and monitoring demand generation activities for these specific solutions. You will lead initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement around Salesforce's partner solutions and develop and implement successful sales campaigns for PEM, ChRM, and related offerings like Partner Tracks. Developing required Corporate relationships and Executive engagement is essential to support success.

You will be masterful in client engagement, impacting how your customers do business in an innovative environment focused on partner-driven revenue. You will coach your team to develop in their careers and inspire them to do the best work of their life. Your team's success in helping customers streamline the partner lifecycle, simplify partner selling, optimize channel performance, gain visibility into channel inventory and pricing, and manage financial incentives will be critical to achieving this impact.
