ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a team building AI-enabled recruiting services for startups. As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle and help scale the go-to-market motion by turning conversations with founders and hiring leaders into customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead discovery calls to understand hiring needs, urgency, and decision-making processes, then present relevant solutions.
- Manage deals from discovery through close, including handling objections, negotiating terms, and securing signed agreements.
- Maintain consistent follow-up, accurate CRM records, and clear handoffs to the delivery team.
- Partner with SDRs to share feedback on meeting quality and improve outreach conversations.
- Share customer and founder feedback to help refine the pitch, pricing, and sales process.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience closing B2B deals as an Account Executive or in a similar full-cycle sales role.
- Experience selling to SMB or startup buyers and leading end-to-end sales conversations with founders and hiring managers.
- Strong discovery skills, comfort addressing objections and negotiating terms, and disciplined CRM habits with reliable follow-through.
- Recruiting, staffing, or HR services sales experience, startup experience, and familiarity with AI tools in sales workflows are helpful.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: $100,000 to $180,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship policy was not provided.
LOCATION
Hybrid, with primary location in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role requires 1 to 2 weeks of in-person onboarding in Salt Lake City, followed by remote or hybrid work. Team visits to San Francisco are optional.
