Clinical IT Resource ManagerLocation: Los Angeles, CA (Remote, U.S.-based; California preferred) | ContractOverviewOur client is seeking a Clinical IT Resource Manager to lead production support and daily operations for clinical payer applications, maintaining application stability and business continuity while major initiatives are underway. Initial coverage is needed through February, with a possible extension (not guaranteed).Schedule8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, with an on-call rotation.ResponsibilitiesLead production support and daily operations for clinical payer applications, including Jiva and its inbound/outbound integrations.Manage ticket triage, incidents, and escalations.Coordinate with vendors, including vendor-required upgrades and changes.Partner with business leaders and the Business Capability Director to prioritize issues and assess cross-team impacts.Maintain application stability and business continuity.Required Qualifications5+ years of senior-level experience supporting clinical applications in a payer environment; provider-only experience does not qualify.Production support leadership, incident management, and vendor coordination experience.Jiva experience, including support of inbound/outbound integrations.ServiceNow experience.Strong communication skills and executive presence.Ability to support Pacific working hours and participate in on-call coverage.Preferred QualificationsCalifornia or nearby location preferred.Strong clinical payer application support experience may be considered in place of Jiva, subject to approval.Pay rate: $50/hr. This is a 3 months contract position, Remote in Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must be Green Card holders, US Citizens, Citizens/Permanent Residents, or hold H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, OPT, TN Visa, or E3 work authorization.
