An ownership role for an HR professional who wants to build and run people processes—not just administer them—as Beryl evolves around AI and modern engineering. About the role You’ll own recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management and people operations, working directly with leadership to shape how Beryl hires, grows and supports its team. What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end recruitment: role definition, sourcing, screening coordination and offers.

- Run onboarding so new team members become effective quickly.
- Design and run performance-review and feedback cycles.
- Plan learning and development with team leads.
- Manage HR operations, policies, employee records and compliance.
- Be a trusted point of contact for employees.
- Keep improving HR processes—including through HRMS tooling and responsible use of AI.
• HR experience that includes independently owning core HR processes.

- Hands-on recruitment experience, ideally for technical and sales roles.
- Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements in India.
- Sound judgment, discretion and clear communication.
- The organisation to run many processes in parallel.

- Exposure to structured performance-management frameworks.
