Partner with the best This role is Customer facing, with responsibility for winning business, leading the development of business plans for product lines and specific products. In this role, you will be responsible for: Selling Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners and end users in MEANTI Region.
- Handling the Sales and Technical support of Horizontal Pumping system (HPS). This product line requires good technical knowledge of HPS system.
- Achieving and exceeding sales quotas, and sales strategies and goals of all customer within MENTI region for Artificial Lift Systems (ALS)
- Building and maintaining positive relations with our customers and developing close relationships to maximize knowledge on upcoming opportunities
- Contributing to frameworks for pricing and conditions and be able to negotiate individual deals local to your territory
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used
- Handling diverse clients in the APAC region.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 7+ years of experience in pump industry sales, business development, or application engineering.
- Have experience identifying and developing new market opportunities within mining, industrial, power, water, metals, or infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex sales cycles involving end users, consultants, EPC contractors, and channel partners.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating large capital equipment and service agreements.
- Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumping systems, reliability programs, and asset performance improvement.
